Our Delivery Policy
Quick Delivery: We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, and you will need to allow up to five working days for Courier Post, or our nominated courier company, to deliver. Delivery Method and Labelling: Your order will be delivered to your letterbox via Courier Post. No deliveries will require a signature, except those delivered to businesses.
We provide a full refund if the products are returned to us unopened and in good condition within 14 days of despatch from Karen Farley Group Limited. If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Other requests for a refund will be dealt with on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Directors of Karen Farley Group Limited.
Where there are requests to send products, overseas there will be an additional postage cost according to the weight of the parcel and current NZ Post prices. Any requests to send products overseas need to be made via telephone on 09 9484879 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
